Debbie was born and raised in western Pennsylvania and brings with her that region's strong blue-collar work ethic and integrity. She believes hard work and doing the right job on time, the first time, is the key to success in all aspects of life. Her degree in mathematics is testimony to her passion for numbers and analytics. Debbie has been an Akron-area resident for nearly 30 years and loves the community. When she isn't working, she enjoys travel, going to concerts, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her dog Teddy.
