We have formed teams for several 5ks, marathons, and other charitable events.
​​Every fall our team participates in continued education in the form of "Lunch and Learns". We have lunch together then view a presentation. Topics usually include tax updates and tax professionals give presentations called "Inside Pitches" where they present to the rest of the staff how they have provided tax savings or planning for their clients.

We like to celebrate the holidays here at Schulte. On Halloween we have a party complete with food, games, and prizes. To celebrate for Christmas, Schulte hosts a dinner for all staff. We play games have a gift exchange. ​​
At the end of the every tax season the whole teams celebrates with a big party! ​​
