Dave Rega earned his degree in Accounting from Mount Union College. Dave worked in public accounting for 4 years and then took a position in the tax department of Figgie International. He became Tax Director and Assistant Treasurer at Figgie International where he handled all tax returns foreign and domestic including successful audit negotiations with the IRS and UK. Dave also handled all tax matters during the purchase and sale of dozens of companies while at Figgie.

After leaving Figgie International Dave moved back to public accounting when he formed F&R Accounting and Tax Services. While running F&R for 20 years he helped numerous startup businesses grow in both revenue and profits by assisting clients with structuring their company, budgets, and tax planning.
